EU law does not come from Brussels

A Dutch-Belgium PhD-seminar organised by the Atelier de Droit Social of the Université Catholique de Louvain. Also invited are some PhD-candidates of other EU member states, who have a special interest in the subject. The aim of the seminar is to discuss the influence of domestic labour law on the development of EU law, both from a legal and a judicial point of view (landmark decisions related to a member state stemming from an infringement or preliminary procedure). See here for the complete programme.
